The DS43mm Series is a frameless 43 mm BLDC motor family for compact direct-drive integration in embedded assemblies where low mass and installation flexibility matter. The listed version, 43ZWC15X-2, is a 48 VDC motor with a 43 mm stator outer diameter and 25 mm rotor inner diameter. Its frameless construction supports custom mechanical integration and use with external control and feedback architecture, while the motor itself has no integrated feedback.

This motor uses an 18-slot, 10-pole-pair electromagnetic design with star connection, 120° commutation, insulation class F, and S2 duty. Rated output is 31.5 W at 3000 rpm, with 0.1 N·m rated torque at 1 A. No-load speed reaches 4200 rpm, and peak capability is 0.3 N·m at 3.3 A. Electrical data includes 3.4 Ω phase-to-phase resistance, 2.17 mH phase-to-phase inductance, a torque constant of 0.1113 Nm/A, and a back-EMF constant of 8.4 Vrms/Krpm.
