Article 43ZWC15X-2 is a frameless 43 mm BLDC motor for compact direct-drive integration in embedded assemblies where low mass and installation flexibility are important. This 48 VDC version uses an 18-slot, 10-pole-pair electromagnetic design with star connection, 120° commutation, insulation class F, S2 duty, and no integrated feedback. Its frameless construction supports custom mechanical integration with external control and feedback architecture.
Main dimensions are a 43 mm stator outer diameter and a 25 mm rotor inner diameter. Rated performance is 31.5 W at 3000 rpm with 0.1 N·m rated torque and 1 A rated current, while no-load speed reaches 4200 rpm. The motor delivers up to 0.3 N·m peak torque at 3.3 A peak current. Electrical characteristics include 3.4 Ω phase-to-phase resistance, 2.17 mH phase-to-phase inductance, 0.1113 Nm/A torque constant, and 8.4 Vrms/Krpm back-EMF constant. Low moving mass is supported by a 50 g stator, 10 g rotor, and 20 g·cm² rotor inertia.
