The DS60mm Series FL is a frameless 60 mm BLDC motor family for compact direct-drive integration in embedded and space-constrained assemblies. This 48 VDC design combines low mass and flexible mechanical installation with Hall sensor feedback for controlled operation in custom machine builds and other integrated motion systems.

In the provided configuration, the motor delivers 205 W rated power, 0.6 N·m rated torque at 3250 rpm, and 1.8 N·m peak torque at 14.5 A peak current. The electromagnetic design uses 18 slots and 10 pole pairs with star connection and 120° commutation.
