Beschreibung

The FL-Series frameless servo motors are 48 V, 3-phase Y-connected servo modules in the FL38 to FL50 size range. This family includes the FL-38-08, FL-50-08, and FL-50-15, covering rated output from 94 to 203 W. Depending on version, rated speed ranges from 3800 to 9000, rated torque from 0.1 to 0.51 Nm, and peak torque from 0.32 to 1.5 Nm. Motor weight stays low at 0.05 to 0.16 kg, supporting compact, integrated drive designs.

Across the family, the motors combine high speed capability, useful continuous torque, and short-term overload capacity. Efficiency is specified above 80%, reaching >83% on FL-50-08. Rated current ranges from 2.75 to 4.3 A, with peak current up to 12.9 A. Electrical data includes back-EMF constants from 2.54 to 8.12 Vdc/Krpm, torque constants from 0.04 to 0.12 Nm/A, phase resistance from 0.62 to 1.07 Ohm, and phase inductance from 0.43 to 0.89 mH. Pole pair count is 7 on FL-38-08 and 10 on the FL-50 models. Insulation grade is F.

  • 48 V frameless servo platform for embedded, space-saving motion systems
  • Wide performance spread: 94 to 203 W, 0.1 to 0.51 Nm rated torque, 3800 to 9000 rated speed
  • High peak torque reserve up to 1.5 Nm for dynamic load changes
  • Low mass from 0.05 to 0.16 kg for compact moving assemblies
  • Feedback options include Absolute encoder on FL-38-08 and Hall+INC on FL-50 variants

These characteristics make the FL Series suitable for compact servo axes and integrated motion assemblies where low weight, 48 V supply compatibility, and direct integration of stator and rotor components are important. The higher-speed FL-38-08 fits applications favoring speed and low mass, while the FL-50-08 and FL-50-15 provide higher torque and power density for more demanding servo motion tasks.
