DS25mm Series FL is a 25 mm frameless BLDC motor family for compact direct-drive integration where low mass, small diameter, and space efficiency are critical. The listed version, 25ZWC10X-1, is built on a 25 mm stator outer diameter platform with an 11.6 mm rotor inner diameter, 12 slots, and 7 pole pairs. It is designed for 24 VDC operation with star connection, 120° commutation, insulation class F, S2 duty, and no integrated feedback method.
This family combines compact size with high-speed performance. Key ratings include 70 W rated power, 0.032 N·m rated torque, 22650 RPM rated speed, and 26000 RPM no-load speed. For short-duty load demand, peak torque reaches 0.105 N·m at 13 A, with 8.6 A rated current. Electrical characteristics include 0.42 Ω phase-to-phase resistance, 0.123 mH phase-to-phase inductance, a torque constant of 0.009 Nm/A, and a back-EMF constant of 0.65 Vrms/Krpm.
