The DS25mm Series is a frameless motor family built around a 25 mm stator outer diameter and a compact low-mass rotor/stator set. The listed version, 25ZWC10X-1, uses a 12-slot, 7-pole-pair design with star winding, 120° commutation, and no integrated feedback method. It is specified for 24 VDC operation, insulation class F, and S2 duty.
Key performance data supports high-speed compact drive integration. No-load speed reaches 26000 RPM, with a nominal speed of 22650 RPM. Nominal output is 70 W with 0.032 N·m nominal torque, while peak torque reaches 0.105 N·m at 13 A peak current. The motor has 0.42 Ω phase resistance, 0.123 mH phase inductance, a torque constant of 0.009 Nm/A, and a back-EMF constant of 0.65 Vrms/Krpm. Low moving mass is supported by a 3.2 g rotor weight and 1.47 g·cm² rotor inertia.
