38ZWC15X-1 is a frameless 48 VDC BLDC motor in the DS25mm Series for compact direct-drive integration where low mass, space efficiency, and installation flexibility are important. The motor uses a 12-slot, 7-pole-pair electromagnetic design with star connection, 120° commutation, insulation class F, and S2 duty. With no integrated feedback method, it is intended for systems that use external control architecture.
This version combines a 38 mm stator outer diameter with an 18 mm rotor inner diameter for embedded installation in compact drive assemblies. Rated performance is 110 W, 0.1 N·m, and 10470 RPM, with a no-load speed of 13000 RPM. Electrical characteristics include 0.8 Ω phase-to-phase resistance, 0.9 mH phase-to-phase inductance, a torque constant of 0.035 Nm/A, and a back-EMF constant of 2.6 Vrms/Krpm.
