HJ2-90F101D24-NK-EC is an integrated robotic joint module for compact, high-precision motion axes in humanoid robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, machine tools, and industrial automation. It combines motor, harmonic reducer, and 24-bit encoder in one assembly to simplify axis design and support closed-loop motion control.

This version uses a 101:1 reduction ratio and delivers 50 Nm rated torque at 20 RPM, 102 Nm peak torque, and 61 Nm maximum allowable torque. It reaches 50 RPM peak speed and 36 RPM at 15 Nm. The module operates from a 48 VDC supply, with 6.1 A rated current and 12.4 A maximum current. Backlash is 10 arcsec, encoder resolution is 24 bit, and supported field bus interfaces are EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD.
