Beschreibung
The HJ2-110 family is a 110 mm harmonic drive integrated joint for compact, high-precision motion axes. It combines motor, harmonic reducer, and 24-bit encoder in one assembly to simplify axis design and support closed-loop motion control. Typical applications include humanoid robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, machine tools, and industrial automation.
Across the family, the modules use a 101:1 reduction ratio, 48 VDC supply, 10 arcsec backlash, 24-bit encoder resolution, and EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD communication. Available versions deliver up to 84 Nm rated torque at 20 RPM, 194 Nm peak torque, and 133 Nm maximum allowable torque. Depending on the version, peak speed reaches 36 to 40 RPM, with 27 to 31 RPM at 42 Nm.
The integrated architecture supports high torque density in a compact format for space-conscious robotic joints. Family dimensions include 110 mm outer diameter, 25 mm inner diameter, and lengths from 80.2 to 97.6 mm, with mass from 1981.2 to 2600 g. This combination of compact construction, precise positioning, industrial network compatibility, high torque output, and low backlash makes the HJ2-110 family suitable for demanding robotic joint axes.
