Beschreibung

The HJ2-80 family is an 80 mm harmonic drive integrated joint for compact, high-precision motion axes. These modules combine motor, harmonic reducer, and 24-bit encoder in one assembly to simplify axis design and support closed-loop control in humanoid robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, machine tools, and industrial automation equipment.

Across the family, the joint uses a 101:1 reduction ratio and delivers 30 Nm rated torque at 20 RPM, 66 Nm peak torque, and 49 Nm maximum allowable torque. Precision-oriented characteristics include 10 arcsec backlash and 24-bit encoder resolution. The modules operate from a 48 VDC supply and support EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD for integration into industrial control networks.

Depending on version, peak speed reaches 41 to 48 RPM, and speed at 15 Nm is 34 to 36 RPM. Package dimensions include 80 mm outer diameter and 17 mm inner diameter, with length from 68.2 to 84.2 mm. Mass ranges from 958.2 to 1170 g, with inertia from 240 to 400 g·cm². Rated current is 3.7 to 5 A, maximum current is 6.7 to 8 A, resistance is 0.26 to 0.33 Ω, inductance is 0.074 to 0.19 mH, torque constant is 9.6 to 10.8 Nm/A, and both versions use 10 pole pairs.

  • Integrated motor, harmonic reducer, and encoder for compact axis construction
  • 30 Nm rated torque and 66 Nm peak torque for demanding joint axes
  • 24-bit encoder resolution and 10 arcsec backlash for precise positioning
  • 48 VDC operation with EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD connectivity
  • Compact 80 mm format for space-constrained robotic and automation systems
