Beschreibung

The 70 mm Harmonic Drive Integrated Joint HJ2-52 family is a compact integrated robotic joint for precision motion axes. It combines motor, harmonic reducer, and 24-bit encoder in one unit for humanoid robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, machine tools, and industrial automation. Both versions use a 101:1 reduction ratio, 48 VDC supply, EtherCAT/CAN/CANFD communication, 10 arcsec backlash, and a 70 mm outer diameter.

This family is built for compact axis integration, closed-loop precision control, and industrial network compatibility. The integrated architecture reduces system complexity, while the harmonic drive and 24-bit encoder support accurate motion control. Rated torque is 9.6 Nm at 20 RPM, peak torque is 34 Nm, and max allowable torque is 13.5 Nm. Depending on version, peak speed reaches 49 or 64 RPM, with speed at 4.8 Nm of 37 or 52 RPM.

  • Integrated motor, reducer, and encoder in one compact joint module
  • High positioning precision with 24-bit encoder and 10 arcsec backlash
  • 34 Nm peak torque with 9.6 Nm rated torque at 20 RPM
  • EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD support for industrial control integration
  • Compact 70 mm format, with lengths of 61.3 mm or 82.3 mm and mass from 598 g to 800 g

Within the family, HJ2-70F101D24-NK-EC provides 64 RPM peak speed, 52 RPM at 4.8 Nm, 2.3 A rated current, 8 A max current, 61.3 mm length, and 598 g mass. HJ2-70F101D24-BK-EC provides 49 RPM peak speed, 37 RPM at 4.8 Nm, 3.6 A rated current, 5 A max current, 82.3 mm length, and 800 g mass. Both versions have a 12 mm inner diameter and 24-bit encoder resolution.
