Article 38ZWC22X-7 is a frameless 38 mm BLDC motor for compact direct-drive integration in embedded motion assemblies where low mass and installation flexibility are important. Designed for 48 VDC operation, it uses a 12-slot, 7-pole-pair electromagnetic layout with star connection, 120° commutation, insulation class F, S2 duty, and no integrated feedback. Its main dimensions are a 38 mm stator outer diameter and an 18 mm rotor inner diameter.
This version combines high speed with useful continuous and short-term torque capability. It delivers 245 W rated power at 10,190 RPM, with 0.23 N·m rated torque and 0.76 N·m peak torque at 24.2 A. No-load speed reaches 13,000 RPM. Electrical data includes 0.14 Ω phase-to-phase resistance, 0.185 mH phase-to-phase inductance, a torque constant of 0.039 Nm/A, and a back-EMF constant of 2.88 Vrms/Krpm. Low moving mass is supported by an 87 g stator, 20 g rotor, and 20 g·cm² rotor inertia.
