The 25ZWC10X-1 is a 25 mm frameless BLDC motor from the DS25mm Series for compact direct-drive integration where low mass, small diameter, and high speed are important. It is designed for 24 VDC operation and uses a 12-slot, 7-pole-pair electromagnetic design with star winding, 120° commutation, insulation class F, and S2 duty. The frameless construction supports flexible integration into embedded drive assemblies, while the version listed here has no integrated feedback method.
This motor combines high speed with useful continuous and peak output in a very light rotor/stator set. It reaches 26000 RPM no-load speed and 22650 RPM rated speed, with 70 W rated power and 0.032 N·m rated torque. For short-duty load demand, peak torque is 0.105 N·m at 13 A peak current. Electrical characteristics include 0.42 Ω phase-to-phase resistance, 0.123 mH phase-to-phase inductance, a torque constant of 0.009 Nm/A, and a back-EMF constant of 0.65 Vrms/Krpm. Low moving mass is supported by a 3.2 g rotor, 22 g stator, and 1.47 g·cm² rotor inertia.
