DS50mm Series FL is a frameless BLDC motor family for compact, high-response motion systems. All versions use a 50 ± 0.031 mm stator outer diameter and a 30 + 0.033 mm rotor inner bore, making the series suitable for integrated drive designs where installation space and low mass matter. The family includes the 50ZWC15X-1 and 50ZWC25X-1 variants.
These motors are built with an 18-slot, 10-pole-pair design, star winding, Hall sensor feedback, and 120° commutation. At 48 VDC, the series covers rated power from 168 to 219 W, rated torque from 0.3 to 0.51 N·m, and peak torque from 0.96 to 1.5 N·m. Rated speed ranges from 4100 to 5350 RPM, with no-load speed from 5000 to 6400 RPM. Phase resistance is 0.6 to 0.62 Ω and phase inductance is 0.44 to 0.45 mH.

Depending on the variant, stator weight is 77.5 to 124 g, rotor weight is 38 to 50 g, and rotor inertia is 100 to 135 g·cm². Duty cycle is S2.
