The BLDC Size 86 mm family is a 48 V brushless DC motor range for continuous S1 duty where compact diameter and higher output are required. All versions use an 86 mm outer diameter frame, 5 pole pairs, 120° commutation, Hall sensor feedback as standard, and insulation class B. Across the family, nominal speed is 3000 RPM and no-load speed is 3600 RPM, with three stack lengths available: 61 mm, 81 mm, and 101 mm.
Key performance scales by motor length. The 61 mm version delivers 157.1 W nominal power and 0.5 Nm nominal torque, the 81 mm version delivers 314.1 W and 1.0 Nm, and the 101 mm version delivers 471.2 W and 1.5 Nm. Peak torque reaches 1.5 Nm, 3.0 Nm, and 4.5 Nm respectively. The family combines low noise of <50 dB, Hall-sensor feedback, deep groove ball bearings, aluminium die-cast end covers, carbon steel shafts, and sintered NdFeB magnets. Efficiency ranges from 83.7% to 86.5%, while rotor inertia ranges from 1.4 to 4.2 kg·cm².
