DSM – Size 20mm is a compact linear module built on KOCO platform products, combining a high-precision lead screw linear actuator with a self-developed simple linear module. The series is designed as a compact, reliable linear motion solution and offers good precision with a wide choice of stroke and lead-based customization options. It is intended for applications that need integrated linear positioning in a small 20 mm format.
Key technical strengths include high load capability and broad lead selection. Mechanical specifications for the family include max dynamic force for 100 km stage travel distance C100B(dyn) of 1379 N, max static force in the movement direction Co(stat) of 1820 N, max roll torque of 8.288 Nm, and max pitch and yaw torque of 5.733 Nm each. Available lead screw options cover leads from 0.3 mm to 8 mm, with travel per step at 1.8° from 0.0015 mm to 0.04 mm, supporting both fine positioning and faster linear travel.
