DLM – Size 20mm is a compact lead screw linear actuator and simple linear module based on KOCO platform products. The series is designed as a precise, reliable linear solution with customizable stroke and lead options for integrated motion applications. Available articles in this family are 8E2105 and 8E2205, both with 4 lead wires.

The 20 mm series combines compact construction with solid mechanical capability. Maximum dynamic force for 100 km stage travel distance is 445 N, and maximum static force in the movement direction is 720 N. Permissible moments are 2.6 Nm around the roll axis and 1.65 Nm around both the pitch and yaw axes. Lead screw options use a 3.5 mm screw diameter and cover leads from 0.3 mm to 8 mm, with travel per 1.8° step from 0.0015 mm to 0.04 mm, supporting either finer positioning or faster linear travel.
