The BLDC Size 110 mm family is a 120 V brushless DC motor platform for continuous-duty operation. This 110 mm motor delivers 710 W nominal power, 4.6 N·m nominal torque at 1500 rpm, and up to 13.8 N·m peak torque. The standard configuration uses a star winding connection, 5 pole pairs, 120° commutation angle, and Hall sensor feedback.
Key technical strengths include high 90% motor efficiency, low noise below 50 dB at 1 m, and stable S1 duty performance. The motor has 1.04 Ω phase resistance, 3.658 mH phase inductance, a torque constant of 0.479 N·m/A, and a back-EMF constant of 112.2 V/Krpm. Rated current is 9.6 A, peak current is 28.8 A, no-load speed is 1850 rpm, and no-load current is 0.65 A. Insulation class is B, insulation withstand voltage is 1000 VAC / 1 kHz / 1 mA / 1 s, and insulation resistance is 100 MOhm at 20°C.
