FL-Series frameless motors FL70 to FL85 are 48 V, 3-phase Y-connected motors for compact direct-drive integration where low weight and high torque density are important. This family includes FL-70-10, FL-70-16, FL-85-13, and FL-85-23, with rated speed from 2400 to 3500 and rated output from 201 W to 733 W. Rated torque spans 0.55 to 2 Nm, with peak torque from 1.65 to 6 Nm.
Across the family, efficiency reaches >81 to >83%, with module torque constants of 0.12 to 0.14 Nm/A and 10 pole pairs. Motor phase resistance ranges from 0.08 to 0.36 Ohm and phase inductance from 0.18 to 0.51 mH. Encoder options include Hall+INC on FL-70-10, FL-70-16, and FL-85-13, while FL-85-23 uses an absolute encoder. Insulation grade is F, and weight remains low at 0.25 to 0.61 kg.
