DLM – Size 28mm is a compact lead screw linear actuator module based on KOCO platform products and a self-developed simple linear module design. The series is built as a precise and reliable linear solution, with configurable stroke and lead options for customized motion profiles. It combines a 28 mm class format with integrated linear motion for applications that need compact installation space and repeatable positioning.

The family offers strong mechanical capability for its size, with max dynamic force for 100 km stage travel distance of 445 N, max static force in the movement direction of 720 N, and allowable torque values of 2.6 Nm around the roll axis and 1.65 Nm around both pitch and yaw. Available lead screw options use a 4.77 mm screw diameter with leads from 0.3175 mm to 10.16 mm, giving travel per 1.8° step from 0.0016 mm up to 0.0508 mm. This range supports both fine positioning and faster linear travel within the same platform.
