Description
V3-Dual encoder is a 48 V geared servo actuator family for compact closed-loop motion control where controlled speed reduction, torque output, position feedback, and field communication are required. The family includes X6-8, X10-40, and X10-100, covering gear ratios from 7:1 to 35:1. Across the range, rated speed spans 50 to 310 RPM, rated torque 4.5 to 50 Nm, rated power 135 to 265 W, and peak torque 8 to 100 Nm.
All variants use dual encoder type 14 / 14 and support CAN 1M plus RS485 at 115200, 500K, 1M, and 2.5M. Backlash is limited to 10 arcmin on X6-8 and X10-40 and 15 arcmin on X10-100, supporting accurate geared positioning. Efficiency is specified at 78 to 82, with rated current from 3.6 to 6.7 A and peak current from 7.2 to 15 A. Mechanical load capacity reaches 775 to 1625 N axial and 1040 to 2250 N radial.
