Description

The V4-Special series for robot X2-X6 is a family of integrated geared servo actuators for robot joints, robotic axes, rotary axes, and compact servo mechanisms. Each actuator combines motor, gearbox, feedback, and communication in one compact module, helping reduce installation space and integration effort in tightly packaged motion systems.

Across the listed variants X2-7, X4-10, X4-36, and X6-60, input voltage is 24 V or 48 V, gear ratio ranges from 12.6 to 36, rated speed from 83 to 238 RPM, rated torque from 2.5 to 20 Nm, peak torque from 7 to 60 Nm, and rated output power from 37 to 320 W. Control accuracy is specified at <0.01°. Encoder configuration is dual encoder ABS-17BIT input with 17BIT or 18BIT output, depending on model. Communication is EtherCAT and CAN BUS. Depending on the version, output bearing design uses deep groove ball bearings or crossed roller bearings, with backlash specified at 10 arcmin or ≤15 arcmin.
