DLM – Size 42mm is a compact linear module built on KOCO platform products, combining a high-precision lead screw linear actuator with a self-developed simple linear module structure. The series is designed as a compact, reliable linear motion solution with good precision and broad configuration flexibility through optional stroke and lead selection.
Key mechanical capabilities include dynamic load rating C100B of 1154 N, static load rating Co of 1732.5 N, and moment capacities of 10.75 Nm (Mro), 6.45 Nm (Mpo), and 6.45 Nm (Myo). Available lead screw options include 6.35 mm and 8 mm screw diameters, with leads from 0.6096 mm up to 25.4 mm. Travel per full step at 1.8° ranges from 0.003048 mm to 0.127 mm, supporting both fine positioning and faster linear travel. Standard motor versions use 4 lead wires and are offered with 34.1 mm or 48.1 mm motor lengths.
