Beschreibung
HJ2-80F101D24-BK-EC is an integrated robotic joint module for compact, high-precision motion axes in humanoid robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, machine tools, and industrial automation. It combines motor, harmonic reducer, and 24-bit encoder in one compact assembly to simplify axis design and support closed-loop motion control.
This 80 mm version uses a 101:1 reduction ratio and delivers 30 Nm rated torque at 20 RPM, 66 Nm peak torque, and 49 Nm maximum allowable torque. Precision-focused characteristics include 10 arcsec backlash and 24-bit encoder resolution. The module operates from a 48 VDC supply and supports EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD for integration into industrial control architectures.
Key package data include 41 RPM peak speed, 34 RPM at 15 Nm, 5 A rated current, 6.7 A maximum current, 0.33 Ω resistance, 0.074 mH inductance, 10 pole pairs, and a torque constant of 9.6 Nm/A. The housing measures 80 mm outer diameter, 17 mm inner diameter, and 84.2 mm length, with a mass of 1170 g and inertia of 400 g·cm².
