Beschreibung
HJ2-80F101D24-NK-EC is an integrated robotic joint module for compact, high-precision motion axes in humanoid robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, machine tools, and industrial automation. The unit combines motor, harmonic reducer, and 24-bit encoder in one compact assembly to simplify axis design and support closed-loop motion control.
This version uses a 101:1 reduction ratio and delivers 30 Nm rated torque at 20 RPM, 66 Nm peak torque, and 49 Nm maximum allowable torque. Additional key data include 48 RPM peak speed, 36 RPM at 15 Nm, 10 arcsec backlash, 48 VDC supply voltage, 3.7 A rated current, and 8 A maximum current. The integrated encoder provides 24-bit resolution, and supported field bus interfaces are EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD.
- Integrated motor, harmonic reducer, and encoder for compact axis construction
- 24-bit encoder and 10 arcsec backlash for precise closed-loop positioning
- 30 Nm rated torque and 66 Nm peak torque for demanding robotic joints
- EtherCAT, CAN, and CANFD support for industrial network integration
- Compact 80 mm outer diameter, 68.2 mm length, and 958.2 g mass
The module has an 80 mm outer diameter, 17 mm inner diameter, 68.2 mm length, 958.2 g mass, and 240 g·cm² inertia. Motor data include 0.26 Ω resistance, 0.19 mH inductance, 10 pole pairs, and a torque constant of 0.108 Nm/A. These characteristics make it suitable for compact robotic axes that require high torque density, precision, and industrial communication compatibility.
