DSM – Size 35mm is a compact linear module built on KOCO platform products, combining a high-precision lead screw linear actuator with a self-developed simple linear module. The series is designed as a reliable linear motion solution with good precision and configurable stroke and lead options for customized integration.
Key technical strengths include high load capacity and broad lead selection. Mechanical limits for the family reach 2989 N maximum dynamic force for 100 km stage travel distance, 3990 N maximum static force in the movement direction, 31.535 Nm maximum roll torque, and 16.135 Nm maximum pitch and yaw torque. Available lead screw options include 6.35 mm and 8 mm screw diameters, with leads from 0.6096 mm to 25.4 mm and travel per 1.8° step from 0.003048 mm to 0.0635 mm, depending on version.
The family includes six 4-wire motor variants with motor lengths of 33.6 mm or 45.6 mm. Rated voltage/current combinations are 6.6 V/0.5 A, 3.5 V/1.0 A, 2.7 V/1.5 A, 12.0 V/0.5 A, 6.0 V/1.0 A, and 4.0 V/1.5 A. This range supports applications that need compact linear positioning, fine step travel, and customized lead selection in integrated motion assemblies.
