25 years KOCO MOTION

…Within Europe, we work closely with the electronics specialist ADLOS AG based in Liechtenstein as well as the Motor Power Company from Italy. We’ve also expanded our network to Asia and North America.

Three of our industry partners are located in China: Constar, DINGS and Leadshine. Another partner of ours, Novanta IMS, is headquartered in Marlborough, Connecticut, in the United States of America.

Furthermore, we founded a company in Los Angeles, KOCO DC-MOTION Inc. Gerhard Kocherscheidt is the managing director of that company. Additionally, in 2024 we launched KOCO MOTION India, pvt. Ltd., a company that resides in Pune, India.

…As exhibitors, we always look forward to showcasing our products, answering questions in person and having interesting discussions. For instance, we regularly exhibit at all about automation fairs in Germany and abroad since they focus on industrial automation and robotics.

Fairs are not only a great networking opportunity but also an excellent way to stay up to date about recent trends and developments in the industry.

Over time, our fair stand and overall presentation has evolved and improved by for example showing short videos about the company and our products. By including digital media, we aim to provide insights into our company in an engaging way as well as to show our products in action.

…KOCO MOTION values innovation and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, which is why we continously expand our product range.

For example, by adding robotic joints. Robotic joints are essential components for the production of Humanoid Robotics.

Our product range is diverse and broad to ensure that each clients gets the product they need. We also offer individual and customized solutions.

…The small business established by our founders has long turned into a medium-sized company with over 25 employees. The job market constantly evolves and adapts and so do we. New departments are created and therefore new jobs, among others, in the IT and marketing department.

Together as a team, we reach our comapany goals. Each and every single employee contributes to that in their own way. As a training company, we proudly offer apprenticeships to motivated people and support them on their carreer path. In addition to that, we also financially support further qualifications for our employees to help them advance.

…KOCO MOTION values acting environmentally conscious, sustainable and resource efficient. We expect our employees, suppliers and partners to follow our Code of Conduct.

We aim to reduce our resource consumption yearly as well as to reach climate neutrality by 2030. As a measure to reach that goal, we will completely electrify our vehicle fleet by 2028.

Furthermore, by installing solar panels on the roof of our headquarters, we facilitate the generation of renewable energy.

Not only do we treat our environment with respect but people from all backgrounds and cultures as well. KOCO MOTION values open and honest communication and does not tolerate any form of discrimination.

…We acquired a plot of land next to our current headquarters with the intention of turning it into our new business premises and site for a large office building. That building will provide enough room for every single employee. In addition to modern offices, our design includes a beautiful terrace as well as a big parking lot.

The new premises offer potential to expand and grow.

KOCO MOTION strives to double the current team size to over 25 employees. That would enable the arrangement of new departments with their own management.

We have already established the foundation of a growth of that sort by obtaining the necessary technologies and the new building will be the next important step in that direction.
