Description
BLDC – Size 90mm is a 90 mm brushless DC motor family for compact industrial drive tasks that require stable torque and efficient operation. This version delivers 173 W nominal power at 48 V, with 0.87 N·m nominal torque at 1900 rpm and 1.7 N·m peak torque. Standard motor configuration includes star winding, 5 pole pairs, and Hall sensor feedback.
Key performance data support reliable motion control in space-limited assemblies. The motor reaches 2400 rpm no-load speed with 0.6 A no-load current, while nominal current is 5.5 A and peak current is 10.5 A. Additional technical characteristics include 0.54 Ω phase resistance, 1.5 mH phase inductance, 120° commutation angle, 0.158 N·m/A torque constant, 15 V/Krpm back-EMF constant, and 80% motor efficiency. The motor has insulation class B, S2 duty, withstand voltage of 500 VAC/1 KHz/1 mA/1 s, insulation resistance of 100 MOhm at 20°C, and noise below 50 dB at 1 m test distance.
